Gsuite System Administrator

(3 openings)

Commitment:

3 hours per week for a minimum of 6 months.

Work to be done:

• Perform activities for Gsuite account management,
  
• Monitor performance and maintain systems according to requirements.
• Troubleshoot issues and manage tickets in our Service center/help desk management system
• Ensure security through access controls,
• Develop expertise to train staff on new technologies
• Build an internal wiki with technical documentation, manuals and IT policies

Qualifications / Skills:

• 1 year of experience as Gsuite Admin / google workspace
• Knowledge of system security (e.g. intrusion detection systems)
• Resourcefulness and problem-solving aptitude
• Excellent communication skills
• BSc/Ba in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related discipline
• Nice to have: ITIL certification

• Responsible for the writing, distribution, collection, storage, and maintenance of documents.
  
• Be able to create learning-oriented tutorials, goal-oriented how-to guides. Understanding-oriented discussions. information-oriented reference material."
