On March 5, ALPFA Toronto / Women of ALPFA presented - “Influence and Persuasion: Empowering Women in Negotiations” masterclass by the magnificent Marta Albors, hosted by Deloitte.

Using behavioral economics principles, Marta talks about the factors of successful value propositions to strengthen our negotiations.

With over 50 Latina women in attendance, this was a celebration of Latinx leadership and International Women’s Day. This was a masterclass on influence and persuasion with networking opportunities, and exclusive surprises from the organizers.
