Leadership for Success
This fall, please join Hispanotech and guest speaker Carlos Rodriguez
who will share his experience regarding the right leadership aptitude
for personal and professional success. Carlos will focus on the use of
leadership behavior in both our personal
and professional lives. It is essential that we recognize this powerful
skill as key element for success, in particular so that the Hispanic
community in Canada can emerge and have a strong positive impact in the
Canadian economy, society, and job market.

About the speaker:
Carlos has been working in the IT industry for over 20 years in Latin America
and Canada. He has a Bachelors degree in Computer Science from the University
of Buenos Aires and a certification in PMP. Carlos lives in Whitby with
his wife and three children. He is passionate about how personal leadership
can make a difference in people, teams and organizations for the better.
